Mandar established Translytics, with the aim of digitally transforming supply chains and making organizations more efficient and profitable. In the past, he has worked with Reliance Energy, Honeywell, Unipart, Cummins, and SS Supply Chain Solutions. He brings in a broad global experience of 17+ years in supply chain, analytics, manufacturing, consulting, and project management. Being a senior practitioner of Lean Six Sigma, he has achieved numerous breakthrough cost savings in projects across industries.
From analytics, people management, finances, business development and more things under his purview, he still finds time to follow cricket and go cycling.

Owing to an extensive experience of 30+ years in Financial Services, Consumer & Industrial Markets, IT /ITES, and the Public Sector verticals, Atul adds a business perspective like no other. His expertise includes business transformation, strategy, organization development and governance. As a management consultant Atul has served various roles in management & leadership teams of TCS, KPMG London, Nolan Norton & Co. He was the first managing partner of KPMG India’s consulting arm. Atul has also served on the board of numerous companies as Nominee Director, Non-Executive Director, Independent Director & Chairman of Audit Committee.

Mahesh has a significant experience of 25+ years working with organizations in India, United Kingdom, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Australia & New Zealand. His expertise encompasses business strategy and transformation, organization alignment, strategic advisory, post-merger integration, and information systems planning. Mahesh had led various design and implementation programs for strategic business transformation in promoter/family led businesses, MSMEs and large corporations in India and abroad. Prior to working as an advisor, he has served on various senior positions in AT Kearney, KPMG, ANZ Group and Ramco Systems.
